From our beautifully inspired time in Milan during Salone Del Mobile we made the trip to Copenhagen to experience their 3 Days of Design. We are happy to report that our time in Copenhagen was equally stimulating with fresh, thought-provoking new designs at every corner. Today, we bring you 5 of these new designs introduced during the annual Danish event. We hope you will be as excited and reinvigorated by these launches as we are! |

EMBRACE STOOL |
EOOS |
Our reaction to the Embrace Collection can only be described as love at first sight, and in its latest iteration, the Embrace stool harmoniously combines plush, comfortable upholstery with a sturdy, solid wood frame. Though many barstools traditionally have not prioritized comfort, Embrace is designed to accommodate long periods of seating, while its broad, upholstered backrest provides additional ergonomic support, and the stool’s open sides allow optimal freedom of movement. Frame available in oak with soap, lacquer, oil, white oil, or black treatment, or walnut with lacquer or oil treatment.

MIDDLEWEIGHT SOFA |
Michael Anastassiades |
Middleweight is Michael Anastassiades’ very first upholstered piece of furniture—but you’d never know it, considering this sofa is utter perfection. Clean lines, even proportions, and a minimalist frame come together to establish a design that feels beautiful and current in any space, designed to capture the best of two worlds—the Italian super lounge sofa on one side, and the compact Danish box sofa on the other. Anastassiades’ describes the creative process behind the sofa, explaining: “You can’t accelerate the process of design. An idea has to come when the time is right, so you have to stretch the process as long as possible and allow for enough time to get the ideas and experiments across.” Available as a two-seater, three-seater, or lounge chair, with optional pouf.

WIRE CHAIR |
Dan Svarth |
Incredibly contemporary and strikingly chic, Dan Svarth has released another stunning design in the Wire Chair, in collaboration with A. Petersen. Sleek and fluid, the Wire Chair defies our conventional understanding of a lounge chair, and is both an exercise in creating metal art and a functional chair, suitable for a wide range of settings. Unique in every possible way and undeniably a statement piece, the Wire Chair sets the tone for a magnificently forward-thinking setting, defining and transforming the room around it. Frame in hand-polished stainless steel.
