The film is available in HD. If you have a fast, reliable internet connection, your image should be fantastic. If you have slower broadband, or an older device, and experience any technical issues, try these steps:

1) Close all applications except your browser.
2) Close all other tabs or browser windows.
3) If you are using WiFi, limit any other devices or applications using the network. 
4) If you have playback issues, locate the gear button of Vimeo and select a lower resolution - try 720 or 540.
5) If you can, plug your computer directly into your router with an RJ45 (Ethernet) cable. This will usually be a faster, more stable connection than Wifi.
