SAFARI
Kaare Klint, 1933
The world's first "build-it-yourself" piece of furniture, this chair ships fully assembled, but can be assembled and dissembled without using any tools. Inspired by a British officer's chair, it is a classic example of authentic campaign furniture.
CHINA CHAIR
Hans J. Wegner, 1944

The China Chair™ stands out as the only solid wood chair in the Fritz Hansen collection. Hans J. Wegner was inspired by the Chinese chairs from the 17th and 18th centuries and the design epitomizes his lifelong quest to understand the nature of wood and explore its possibilities.

CH25
Hans J. Wegner, 1950

Hans J. Wegner's CH25 Easy Chair is the only Wegner chair available with a papercord seat and back. It requires skilled weavers to use over 400 meters of papercord to make the distinctive pattern. The leg profile of the CH25 chair is its most distinctive feature as its hind legs are flush with the back of the seat.

FK 82
Preben Fabricius & Jørgen Kastholm, 1968

Fabricius and Kastholm partnered to create the FK 82 X-Chair in 1968. Made of chrome plated steel and aniline leather, this design is a sophisticated lounge chair and a prime example of classic minimalist Danish design.

PP52
Hans J. Wegner, 1975

The PP52 is considered the most classic of all Hans J. Wegner's chairs. Its frame is strictly geometrical, and the armrests embrace the person seated while the gracious backrest provides state-of-the-art comfort. Built with durability in mind, this piece will last for generations to come.
