The Kant Table studies the contrast of solid and light, strong and elegant, and sharp and curved. Originally designed for a private commission project, this desk features a sturdy tabletop with soft corners above a seemingly light base, buttressed by twin beams and angled legs.

The Pelle chair, whose name is taken from the Italian word for pelt or leather, has a semi-circular back and armrests which clearly reflect the language of Scandinavian design classics. The union of Italian and Scandinavian influence undoubtedly produces a uniquely beautiful design.

Jacques Adnet, 1950 |
In 1950, Jacques Adnet formed a partnership with the French fashion house, Hermes, where he developed a collection of leather-covered furniture and interior accessories which included this brass riveted rectangular Adnet mirror. The combination of materials brings a unique flare to an otherwise simple design.

INCAS |
Angelo Mangiarotti, 1978 |
A development on the previous Eros system, the Incas features the same structural idea of balance. It was later designed in other stone materials with suitable finishes, and is now being produced in a sophisticated solid wood version, proving that any great idea can be further developed without losing any of its force or poignancy.
