AIDA |
Angelo Mangiarotti, 1988 |
The Aida Lamp, one of Angelo Mangiarotti's most characteristic lighting designs, evokes a tension that makes for an interplay between the two large pieces, which are connected only by a slim stem. This lack of balance defines Mangiarotti's uniquely modern and geometric lighting designed makes the Aida Lamp a perfect statement piece.

DANDY |
Pierre Sindre, 2017 |
Dandy is large and spacious with a high enclosing back that exudes comfort. The materials are of the highest quality featuring natural rattan and leather from leather from Tärnsjö. This year, we will be displaying the lounge with the newly designed foot stool.

CIRQUE |
Giopato & Coombes, 2017 |
Cirque is a geometric combination of brass thread-like structures and ribbed-glass light capsules, defined by its feeling of movement. The entire light was designed with functionality and aesthetics in mind, in order to ensure that one did not compromise the other. The light's design allows Cirque's multiple pieces to be chained together in an unlimited amount of configurations, as one light flows into the next, and so on.

INTRODUCING: BODIL KJAER |
Elements of Architecture |
The novelties don't end with our ICFF booth! This year, we will be introducing the works of a living icon, Bodil Kjaer, in our Park Avenue showroom. Kjaer, a Danish architect and professor, created a series of exquisite designs now widely known to furniture collectors and design connoisseurs. Her best-known pieces include The Desk (1959), a sleek design featuring a wood top on a streamlined steel base that was featured in three James Bond movies, and the Cross Vase (1961) an elegantly simple geometric vessel embodying minimal simplicity and modern versatility. |
