Grand Prix™ 3130
The Grand Prix™ by Arne Jacobsen was introduced by Fritz Hansen at the Spring Exhibition of the Danish Museum of Decorative Art in 1957. Originally known just as the Series 3130, the chair was displayed later that year at the Triennale in Milan where it received the Grand Prix--the finest distinction of the exhibition and since then, the chair has always been called the Grand Prix™ Chair.
- Pressure molded sliced veneer shell with polished chrome four-leg steel tube base.
- Shell options include beech and walnut with clear lacquer or in colored ash in white, light grey, dark grey, black, yellow, orange, red, petrol blue and sage green.
- Also available in Fritz Hansen new Tal R Colors
- Available front or fully upholstered in various fabrics and leathers.
- Unupholstered versions stackable up to 12 chairs with or without a trolley
- Upholstered versions stackable from 4-6 chairs with special stacking pad
